The structure is known as the “Parmaklı Mescit” (Grilled Mosque) due to the grilles on its windows. Since there is no construction inscription, researchers believe that the mosque dates back to the 15th century based on its features. It has a square plan with a single cubic domed prayer hall and a vestibule. The building materials used include brick and rough-hewn stone. The mosque’s roof is covered with tiles. There is a pointed arch opening added later in the middle of the west wall. The south facade has four windows, two below and two above, with pointed arches for the lower windows, and a rectangular-shaped marble medallion between these windows. The lower windows on the east facade have decorative borders around their arches. The minaret of the mosque has collapsed.
