Hacı Hekim Mosque

The inscription above the entrance gate on the northern side of the structure states that it was commissioned by Mevlana Hacı Hekim in the years 1508-1509. It is a square-plan, single-domed cubic prayer hall with a vestibule and minaret to the north. Rough-hewn stone and brick were used as materials. The minaret is placed on a square-plan platform. Blind pointed arch niches are opened on each face of the octagonal prism. The body is adorned with brick decorations. Entry is provided through a flat-arched stone-framed door.
