Odeon (Bouleuterion)

The Odeon (Bouleuterion), built in the 2nd century AD, was used for city council meetings and as a concert hall. The Odeon is a structure with seating rows divided into two levels by a diazoma (a passage separating the rows of seats in a theater), accommodating approximately 1,500 people (Zülkadiroğlu et al., 2001, p.8).
